Middle East Support

PetroSkills also maintains a dedicated technical support team for those PetroCore Reference subscribers or PetroSkills course participants accessing the system from the Middle East region.

PetroSkills' Middle East technical support team may be accessed by phone between 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. Saudi Arabia time, Saturday to Wednesday.

To help ensure prompt resolution of any technical issue, please be at your computer and be prepared to provide the following information when you call:

  • The type of computer hardware you are using
  • The software version numbers of your operating system (e.g. Windows 7) and web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer 8)
  • The exact wording of any error messages that appear on your screen
  • What you were doing when the problem occurred
  • How you attempted to solve the problem, if at all
